Strategy

To ensure OCIMF remains effective as the maritime energy industry evolves, the organisation’s strategy sets out a programme of activities to make sure its effort and resources are aligned to risk-informed priorities and, where appropriate, earlier engagement on emerging issues.

OCIMF’s strategy focuses its work across four principal areas: publications, advocacy, programmes and, collaboration and learning. It includes the processes and tools needed to review, evaluate and respond to evolving environmental, security and operational risks. While supporting effective collaboration between OCIMF members and relevant industry stakeholders to encourage industry agreement and the implementation of best practice.
